Contract for Publication in the Berkeley Law Review

This Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the Berkeley Law Review (“Publisher”) and the Author (“Author”) as of the date of acceptance of the Author`s manuscript for publication (“Effective Date”).

1. Definitions
1.1 “Publication” means the printed and/or electronic publication of the Author`s manuscript in the Berkeley Law Review.
1.2 “Author” means the individual or individuals submitting a manuscript for publication in the Berkeley Law Review.
1.3 “Publisher” means the editorial board and staff of the Berkeley Law Review.
