NASDAQ Subscriber Agreement

This NASDAQ Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Subscriber and NASDAQ Inc. (“NASDAQ”). The terms and conditions of this Agreement govern the use of NASDAQ data and products by the Subscriber.

1. Definitions
1.1 “Subscriber” means the party who has entered into this Agreement with NASDAQ.
1.2 “NASDAQ” means NASDAQ Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its affiliates and subsidiaries.
1.3 “Data” means any information, data, products, or services provided by NASDAQ.
2. Grant License
2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NASDAQ grants the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Data solely for the Subscriber`s internal business purposes.
